What a day. First thing this morning I announced Week # 5 Winner of the Up and Coming Fashion Blog Contest, Narielwalla.
This guy is a creative guru with a very unique and inspiring approach
to art and fashion. You have to check out his blog and browse through
his many posts to get a feel for his mission and ambitions. After that, I
worked on a bit of homework before a fresh week starts up and finally
headed over to my Das’s house for the big game. I must tell ya, my team
is the Giants and has been for nearly 20 years, so I am stoked. But the
big spectacle of the day was to see Madonna performing live again. How
long has it been? I mean, I have a 13 year old son who saw her on TV the
other day and said “who is that?”. When I heard that, it made me
realize how long she has been out of the scene. But her performance was
amazing, even though she stumbled a couple of times in the stiletto
boots. The digital effects were pretty damn amazing as well. Ultimately,
Madonna is one class act and put together a great collaboration with
LMFAO, Cee-Lo, Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. HEre ar e a few photos of the
Superbowl halftime show. Enjoy!
